ELDON SNELGROVE - freelance smoke visual effects editor and supervisor
Following eleven years as a visual effects editor at 422 Manchester, seven of those in a senior capacity, I am now operating as a freelancer out of Soho London. With experience on Smoke since 2003 I have a great deal of experience both in and out of the chair.
My credit list covers commercials, broadcast programmes, pop promos and animation as well as on set experience, supervising effects shoots. 422 purchased its first Smoke system in 2003 and I pioneered the facility's creative move to an all Discreet workflow.
Prior to 422 I worked in London at First Post as a graphics and edit assitant. This post production education was preceded by a foundation course at art college and a Graphic Design degree, a solid foundation of my work. I am comfortable with the Spanish language and play the drums in bands in my spare time. I love film, am a keen snowboarder and am more than happy to discuss any future projects over a round of golf. I am a good team player, am very comfortable with clients, experienced under stress with tight deadlines and have a good work ethic.
